1. How do I place an order with Sparrow & Jacobs?

2. What can I have printed on the back of my postcard?
To ensure your postcards meet postal regulations, we have created a standard layout, which allows you to include any or all of the following: your photo, company logo, special logos (i.e. Equal Housing), your name, title/designation (i.e. REALTOR®), company name, address, multiple phone numbers, email address, web address, a solicitation disclaimer, and a mailing permit.
3. How do I send my photo or logo?
When placing your order online, you will be prompted during the personalization process to upload your photo and/or logo. Photos may be black & white or full-color and should be at least 300 dpi in .jpeg or .tiff format. Sharp-focus photos reproduce the best.
4. Is there a charge for my photo or logo?
It is absolutely FREE to add your photo and/ or logo when you order online.
5. Will my photo be in color or black & white?
We offer full-color imprint for just pennies more than the black & white price. Your full-color photo can increase customer recall by up to 80%!
6. Will I receive a proof of what my cards will look like before you print my order?
Yes. When ordering online, you will receive your proof instantly at the end of the personalization process before submitting your order to us. Once you submit your order, it will go to production within 24 hours. Once in production, please allow up to 3 business days for printing. Your order will then ship via UPS ground delivery unless otherwise specified by you. Note: there is an additional charge to upgrade shipping.
7. What is the minimum amount I can order?
Minimum Order Quantity *Minimums for imprinted items are per agent, and cannot be combined with other agents to reach the minimum order quantity.

9. How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships, not at the time you place your order.
10. Does state sales tax apply to my order?
Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax. Residents of all other states do not pay sales tax.
11. How long will my order take?
Once in production, orders typically take between 6-10 business days. This includes 3 business days for printing, plus an additional 3-7 days for UPS ground delivery (unless otherwise specified by you). Make sure to allow time to address and mail your cards!
12. How can I speed up my order?
Select UPS 2nd-day air or overnight to save up to 6 days on delivery time. Please note there is an additional charge to upgrade shipping.
13. How will my order ship?
Orders ship UPS ground, unless you request UPS 2-day or overnight shipping for an additional charge.
13. What are the shipping charges for my order?
These rates apply to the Continental US only. For shipping outside this area there will be additional charges.
